A modular animation package which is able to load, edit, play and save / convert many animation and picture formats along with many animation processing and editing functions. It can save AVI, BMP, FLC, FLI, GIF, GIF-Anim (many Options), JPEG and WAV. The AVI and Quicktime modules support native MotionJPEG. Animation editing functions include setting of global/local timecodes, a palette editor and much more. Requires DirectX.
